Our containerised powder coating plant is an ideal solution for powder coaters who need new powder coating machinery but lack the required space at their premises. It can be installed outside, in your yard or on any flat area adjoining your premises. Some of our customers have knocked down part of their factory walls so the containerised plant can be accessed from inside.
We manufacture two types of containerised plants. A 20′ container housing a 6m oven and a 40′ container housing a 6m spray booth and a 6m curing oven. The containerised powder coating plant is easy to install, it simply requires an electricity and gas connection. The height of the containers means that the paint spray booths have limited head room when compared to our stand-alone machinery, however this is a small price to pay if a containerised system allows you to have the powder coating machinery you need on-site, even if you don’t have the room for it inside.
20′ Container (oven only)
The 6m oven is housed within a new container – not a used shipping container. It is fully insulated with 100mm Rockwool and galvanised steel on the sides and roof and has an insulated floor. The heating method is the same as our normal ovens, forced hot air, and the controls are fully automatic. The heat up time is approximately 15 minutes.
The heating module can be positioned either at the side or on the roof. For export orders we can also fully enclosed the heating module on the inside of the container which means that the plant can be shipped as a normal shipping container as it has no visible alterations on the outside.

40′ Container (oven and spray booth)
The booth is 6m long and is fitted with cartridge filtration. There are two 4kw fans fitted and reverse air-blast cleaning. Lights, pipework and power points are included.
The 6m oven is as described above.
As standard the 40′ container comes with two conveyor tracks 12M in length and 4 runners.
All fully guaranteed and all you need to start a powder coating facility with a capacity up to 6M in length.

We can arrange for our machines to be shipped worldwide; we charge for shipping at cost.
We can also commission the container at your site if required. The cost for this will vary depending on the location. Commissioning to sites in North West England, the Midlands or Yorkshire will cost approximately £450, South East England, North East England or South Wales £650 and South West England or Scotland £850.
Our paint auto-wash machines are available to view in our manufacturing premises in Glossop – SK13 6LG (10 miles South East of Manchester – 5 minutes from the end of the M67).
